Rain falling on Beinn na Caillich

A passing cloud drops rain over Beinn na Caillich, a Graham above the village of Broadford, Isle of Skye, North-West Highlands of Scotland (Colin Henderson)

Guess which week I went on a family holiday to the Isle of Skye?

  1. Week commencing 21 May – 24 degrees, hot and sunny
  2. Week commencing 14 May – 8 degrees, cloudy and rain

It did clear up a few times. I managed to get this shot from near Duirnish on the road to Plockton. The hill I believe is Beinn na Caillich, a Graham just above Broadford in Skye.

I’m hoping for better weather in Rum this weekend.
